Nokia 6110 burnt IC identification.

Hi, I've been given a Nokia 6110 cellphone that's faulty, there is no signal strength on the
screen. Inside I found a burnt IC but there is no logo or other manufacturer identification on it.
Does anyone recognize this type of IC, or suggest a manufacturer. It's a standard SO-16 package.
