Can not assign tone on 6310i


Hi
Got my secondhand 6310i working ok with bluetooth headset Jabra BT200 which
I got online for £40.00 but I am just a wee bit disappointed that it can not
assign a tone to a particular number..

G'day Eddie,

You can assign group tones - basically the 6310 moves around the commercial
market and there was no call for such a thing.

You can assign tones only to the caller groups using various software
(for example, Oxygen Phone Manager II http://www.opm-2.com ).

The 6310i uses caller groups, for example VIP, Friends, Family etc. You
assign people/numbers to these groups and each group can have a particular
ringing tone. You cannot assign a tone on a per number basis.
