6340i GSM Unlocked/need restriction code

I just bought a 6340i cellular phone originally hooked up to Cingular.
I GSM unlocked the phone so that I could bring it onto the iWireless
network. After entering the PIN code for the new SIM card it asks me
for a "Restriction Code". I have sent the phone to Nokia to restore
the default settings but it still won't let me past that screen.

The sequence of steps on my phone are:

1. Turn on Phone
2. Enter PIN
3. Enter Restriction Code


How do I go about finding out what the restriction code is and getting
past this screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you
