Cant delete files from 6600 inbox "General: Already in use!"

I have installed many many games and apps via bluetooth, but one or
two are causing a problem.

After trying to install a new game, the installation failed and threw
me back to the inbox, now when i try and delete the file it says
"General: Already in use!"

Can anybody help me? ive an inbox full of files i cant delete and they
are using phone memory up!!

First remove the battery for some seconds and start up again. Than try to
remove the files with a utility like: Fileman, FExplorer AppMan or
Handyfile.
