Just got my Nokia 3620, and after painstakingly playing around with it and
my new IOGEAR bluetooth adapter, I finally got it to work and sync my
Outlook contacts/folders. I'm still running into several problems, however.
1. When I try to access the File Transfer menu, I get the error message
"Filemanager engine operation failed".
2. When I access Image Transfer, all it lists are my phone and the MMC card.
When I try to double-click them to open them, it does nothing.
3. When using the Data Import function, I get a Fatal Exception error.
Any solutions, workarounds, or alternative software? I bought this phone
because of it's bluetooth/pc sync features, and it sucks not being able to
use it in it's full capacity.

Re: issues with PC Suite
My issues are almost identical to yours. Bought the phone for the same
reason. I dont get the MMC showing up on the phone browser. How crap is
nokia troubleshooting for this!!!
