Connect to Nokia 7250i via Pocket PC

Anyone know if its possible to download and upload to and from my
Nokia 7250i via the infrared port and my ViewSonic V37 Pocket PC
connected to my computer?

I've downloaded the Nokia PC Suite 6, but that requires a cable or
bluetooth connection. I have managed to download my SMS text messages
from my mobile to my PPC using Mobem's mPhone 2.6.3, but i didn't have
much luck with downloading anything else.

I'd like to be able to send midi ringtones to my phone downloaded from
my PC via my PDA, and also upload pictures taken with my mobile back
to my PC. Anyone know any software to allow me to do this?

Harvey Norman has the infra red, USB adaptor which comes with
a software CD. I'm using it with my 7250i and it works just perfect.
