How do you remove a word from the dictionary?

I have a 6600 and added a word to the dictionary by mistake.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way built in to do this?

(Preferably without having to install extra software to do it)

as far as I know the only way to remove a word from the dictionary is either
a factory reset or keep adding new words until the old one is replaced.
