Firmware, yes. You will need to flash the corect PPM pack for whatever
firmware you're running at the time.

Google is your friend, but most of the sites get shut down pretty rapidly by
Nokia.

You're not going to find it on Nokias site (not the public one anyway). You
do realise that you need a bit more equipment than a data cable to upload
