Re: Has any1 actually had any help frm o2 customer care?
I had problems with number porting, went to an o2 shop and got them to sort
it out. the shop rang customer services coz I was on an online tariff. that
way I wasn't paying 50p a min and the problem got sorted out...

Re: Has any1 actually had any help frm o2 customer care?
I had major problems for a start, in the end I rang their cancellation line
and told them that although I had gone past their 14 day cooling off period,
I wanted to cancel on the grounds of breach of contract.
Not only did they sort out all my problems that very day, but they rang me
back 4 times to give me progress reports, AND refunded me the £6 odd I had
spent ringing the help line!!

yeah don't bother with the email, just go into a shop and demand they ring
the customer support for you.

Why not phone them? I've made three calls to them in the past three days and
I wasn't charged for the calls either, though it says on the site they
charge...maybe they are having a free period, I don't know...but I made
three *long* calls to them and no credit went from my phone.

I agree. I called them from LA a couple of weeks ago after having trouble
making calls back to the UK and got through first time, was given the advice
I needed in a friendly and polite way and wasn't charged for the call. I've
never had a problem with o2 CC on the phone.
