Nokia 6220 restriction code required

Hi, I have just bought a Nokia 6220 and it's locked to vodafone. I have an
O2 simcard and when I put the simcard in I get a box asking me to "enter the
restriction code"

does anyone have the code that will open this phone??

Probably not.

Each unlock code is generated from the IMEI of the particular phone. I doubt
that you or anyone else has asked for it so noone probably has it to give to
you.
