sync problem with outlook and 6230

Hi, Purchased a 6230 last week, and can not get it to sync with outlook
2003.Keeps crashing in sync with syncml fault.

Have downloaded the latest version of pc suite.

Has anybody else had problems and if so is there an answer?

AFAIK SyncML is used to sync to remote servers. To sync directly to a
PC, you don't need SyncML.
Uninstall SyncML if you're not going to sync to a remote server.
Oh, and apply service packs to your OS.

Hi I am amazed if this is correct,as I have been speaking to "tech
support" on many occassions, and not once has anybody told me this.

Do you know how to uninstall sync ml, and what service packs should be
installed.

I also have the same problem, cannot get syncronized thru DKU-2, don't know
how to get rid of SyncML.
