Firmware Problems

Hi all,

Im not sure if this is the right place but i would like to know where i can
get the latest 7210 firmware and how to flash it.

Also, will i loose my phonebook and folders?

First off you'll need a decent flashing solution such as Twister, Griffin or
Prodigy - all of these should come with support where you'll be able to
download the firmware.
