server/network not responding

Have a 3585i Nokia. trying to get the minibrowser to connect. Usually I
get a message similar to "Security is not enabled . . ." followed by,
usually, 'server is not responding,' but sometimes 'network is not
responding.'
Any ideas what the problem is?

My Crystal Ball seems to have failed again!

How do you expect anyone to help you?
You have not said what network you are on or what settings you are currently
trying to use.

John..

Ah, but I'm so old, I don't know what I'm talking about.
Network? Do you want 'NTelos' or something like 207.232.99.109.09203?
Settings? Umm, dunno. How do I find them on a 3585i?

Since you don't know your settings, the only people who could help is your
Phone network provider.
They will properly send you an SMS of the settings required or talk you
through how to check/Setup your phone.

This just out. After NTelos telling me wireless Internet service is
available, another tech says it isn't. Waiting on Brew(?) to roll out (what
is Brew)? I have read I can access no-fee providers like WebTunnel with my
phone. Is this accurate? Is it legal? How can I tell if my phone has the
capability?
