3650 factory reset ?

How do I reset my 3650 back to how it was when new??

Hi,
Entered that and pressed the call button, it said "requesting" for a second
or two then came up "unknown command". What did I do wrong?

A guess would be left out the inital *. Most of those sequences are
passed to the GSM network for interpertation. But *#7370# will
instantly ask you if you want to reset the phone's contents as soon as
you hit the last character. I had to do that on my 3650 and it worked
fine.
