    I got a 6230 and a mate tried sending me a pic from his phone but nothing
    came through. Is this because you have to enable WAP?
    If so how do you do it with this phone?

    No you don't need to enable WAP.

    You can send a picture :
    - using infrared
    - using MMS

    Using infrared in obvious, and for using MMS you need to configure it and
    start this service for both phones from your own operator. In order to do
    this, I think you can directly use nokia's site:
    MMS Settings for your own phone (6230)...

    http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,1522,,0...rt/phones/6230

    then click on Settings list at the bottom of the page, then "Get MMS
    settings >> "

    Thanks, but Australia isnt even listed lol so ill think ill go see my phone
    dealer

    I just followed the link of Tech Hub from Nokia Australia web page to find
    it...

    The first country listed in Get MMS setting is... guess what... And
    operators there are Optus, Telstra and Vodaphone...
