This is a common problem with Nokia's and it also has a common solution.
Is the number being displayed instead of a name (assuming you have the
caller's number in your phone book)? If so, it's because you have the number
in your phone book more than once. This often happens if you have the same
numbers on you
SIM card and in the phone memory and you have told the phone
to use both phone and
SIM memory (default setting). Set the phone to use
phone memory only.
If the number is not being displayed then either the phone is broken or
Orange isn't sending it. However as the same
SIM in another phone works, I'd
assume it's the phone, or more likely the problem mentioned above.
