PC Sync trouble

I am connecting a 7250i to my PC using a cable, and everything works fine
except for PC Sync.

It accepts that the phone is connected, but when I click "Properties"
nothing happens at all. And if I click "Synchronise" the icon flashes but
nothing else.

I am using PC Suite 6.2 and Outlook 2003.

Any ideas...?

This problem may take place in case, if you are using thirdparty
cable. Nokia PC Suite doesn't support thirdparty cable connection. We
can suggest to have a look at Oxygen Phone Manager II (
http://www.opm-2.com/ ).
