content copier compatibility

I have just received my 6230.
I thought I could copy my old diary from my 5100 to my new phone.
However the old phone deals in *.ncc files and the new phone deals in *.ncf
(or *.nfc).

Is there a conversion program or a way to get my old diary content onto my
new phone.
