Hi all,. I just bought a 6600 on Orange but don't have Bluetooth on my PC. I
see a few places selling USB bluetooth add ons but they go on about
bluetooth version 1.1 etc and want to ensure I get the right one so any
advice ?
Also I previuosly had a 7600, do I need to uninstall PCSuite and reinstall
from the 6600 CD or can I leave as is ?

Most current devices are BlueTooth 1.1. BT1.2 is available but it's
not common yet and is backwards compatible anyway so don't worry too
much about which version you end up getting.
Any USB dongle conforming to BT1.1 should work fine with Nokia
handsets but it's best to get one which uses Widcomm drivers. All the
popular brands I've come across (TDK, Belkin etc) do. The only one
I've encountered which does not is the Microsoft dongle provided with
their wireless BT keyboards and mice and even those can, reportedly,
use Widcomm drivers but come supplied with a crap proprietary BT stack
from Microsoft.

The software should work but it would be worth checking Nokias web
site to see if they have a more recent version.
