Non-Nokia TDMA phones?

For whatever reason, ATT's TDMA page lists only Nokia phones:
http://www.attwireless.com/personal/...?titleNumber=9

Don't other manufacturers make them and won't they work with ATT?

I have been looking at Nokia 3560 and 6560, but wondering if another
manufacturer offers a better deal.

Yes and yes.

Apparently not through ATTWS directly, but you may want to look into deals
from resellers like Amazon.com.

Re: Non-Nokia TDMA phones?

This is likely the way it will be until AT&T Wireless drops the TDMA
network alltogether. Nokia is probably the only manufacturer that
will put R&D money into developing new handsets for what is
essentially a dead technology. Also, it is a way to encourage you to
buy/convert to GSM. The upcoming merger would be difficult enough if
both AWE and Cingular only used GSM, but as it is right now they're
merging two companies with six networks between them.
