bug on Nokia 3200

There is a bug on Nokia 3200, I am amlmost sure...

When speaker is on, I can't turn it off during conversation if I press
"handseft". Once in Speaker mode, can't be turned off.

I am stuck , is it possible to update something to change this ?

I do not know about a resolution but I can confirm this bug. Most probably a
firmware update solves it.
