It is phone specific (I think)

For example - I have Nokia 6600, therfore I use :

http://www.matweb-tw.com.tw/MA660/Phmgr/IR6600.zip

This downloads the handset manager with the maAgent.sis located in a sub
directory of that zip file.

i also have 6600 but my IR is ma620 and i use handset manager 7
