simple file, stopwatch transfers with dku-5 usb cable and pc suite?

Hi,

I have a nokia 3100. I haven't purchased a cable yet, so I'm wondering
if some people who already have experience with cellphone/pc
synchronization could help me answer some questions before I do.

I'm interested in transfering simple text messages (created with Menu
-> Messages -> Text Messages -> Create Message)and stopwatch lap data
(created with Menu -> Extras -> Stopwatch -> Lap Timing) from my phone
to my pc.

Has anybody done this with their usb cable and PC suite already?
