3589i Volume Contol

I have problems hearing people on my new Nokia 3589i, is there a
way to contol the volume? I can't find anything in the users guide.

When the phone is connected to a call, use the <-> button - the one in
the middle that is a 4 way. Press the left side to volume-down, the
right side to volume-up.

I wish you could set volume while phone is offline, but I guess Nokia
has a "better idea". I like my 3589i, but it doesn't mean it''s
perfect!!!

Thanks, but I finally got feed-up and traded the Nokia for an LG.
