We support 'newflash' type of SMS messages in final product- Oxygen
Phone Manager II (http://www.opm-2.com/ ).

Our program enables to send common and newflash SMS messages in GSM or
Unicode coding. You can also send black and white logos and monophonic
tones by SMS using our program and read, modify, create new, delete
unwanted and upload MMS messages also.

We plan to add this functionality to future versions of Oxygen Phone
Manager II for Symbian-based phones ( http://www.opm-2.com/symbian/ ).

Current version enables only to read all types of messages from the
phone and save them in one archive or separate files, export messages
list to various formats and send common SMS messages.
