3200 - Very faint call waiting beep.

I can't hear my call waiting 90% of the time when I am talking with anyone. I looked through all the setups and couldn't find anything.

Anyone have any ideas?

"Warning Tones: On/Off"

That's all you get. If you're in silent or similar, you won't hear the beep
as the phone doesn't make one.
