I had this problem and couldn't re-install until I'd done this. I even
tried using Regclean and that didn't work. I was using Windows 98SE.

Don't even think about doing this unless you are confident poking
around in your registry manually - it is VERY easy to break things

First, back up your registry and have a boot disc handy in case of
disaster.

then, using regedit, search for and remove every key containing the
text "nokia".

Then you should be able to reinstall PC-Suite.

But keep thinking: if you installed other programs like Logomanager,
some strings (abvious the name) should remain. And it appears some
strings can't be removed (modem settings). But PC suite will reinstall
without deleting those strings.
