help for 6310 Nokia

Hi, I use a 6310 nokia and I have a problem, I am french and I use Bouygues
operator.

I have the number 2 in the hight left of my corner screen and I can't phone
just receive phone call or SMS .

What can I do ? Have you ever haver the same problem ? Thanks you very much

The phone is set to use Line 2 and you are not subscribed to this service,
assuming it is available from your operator.

Press and hold the # key for at least 5 seconds and it should work ok.

It sounds like you have activated Line 2. Press and hold the # key to
switch back to Line 1.
