Are both Nokia's a Communictor?

If so what are the most important differences?

Both are Communicators. 9500 has WirelessLAN and Camera, these are missing
from 9300.
9300 is ~20% smaller in size.

About these days.... Last rumor I heard was week 47 in EMEA, APAC should be out already

pre-order or GBP 294.95 upwards on Vodafone.

Its out in indonesia, about 1000 usd.
Malaysia = still nothing =(
