If your contacts are stored in .CSV, we can suggest to have a look at Oxygen
Phone Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ ). Using our program you can
retrieve contacts from CSV, Windows Address Book, Lotus Notes or MS Outlook
database and upload entries to Nokia 6230.

They aren't but it would be easier to convert to csv than nfb, at least I
know the structure of csv files.

I did have a copy of Oxygen years ago, I quite liked it then, don't know
why I didn't keep it up to date.
