sync prob with outlook 2003 and 6230

Hi I have been trying to sync my 6230 with outlook 2003 with Nokia PC suite
6.4.8.

It seems only 1 phone number is coming across from outlook, even though i
have it set on all details.

Any answers? Thanks Tim
