7250i (action failed) error

i uploaded a java app via cable to my 7250i but in the phones app menu all i
see is an icon that says (unknown)if i click
on it a an error message appears saying action failed theres no way to
delete it,i used opm 2.5 but when i look for the file
to delete via opm 2.5 its not seen likes it not there.i also tried mobim it
could see the offending file but would not let me delete it either pc suite
did not see the file either.i tried a factory default reset still the same
how can i get rid of the file
beside a reflash firmware.

Dont think u can get rid of it apart from firmware upgrade. I had this
problem in my 7250i also and the upgrade to the latest firmware version
solved this issue. I cant remember what the latest version was then as i no
longer have the phone.Hope this helps a little.

thanks i think you are correct i have tried different programes to get rid
of rogue file no good, funny thing about it is its 0 in file space. so i
assume the error is in the registry
