Am I missing it anywhere? Or is it not availablle on
this phone?

Just had it delivered today and am very impressed.

Yes, you are it seems, unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean.

Go to the menu, then settings --> security --> phone and SIM -->and set the
autolock period, and the unlock code. you can also set it to lock if the SIM
is changed.
