Synchronizing Nokia 6610i with Outlook - To-do time defaults to 9am?

I'm using Nokia PC Suite (version 6.2.16) with my Nokia 6610i phone,
and I want to synchronize my Outlook 'Tasks' folder with my phone's
To-do List.

So I use PC Sync, which works fine, except that when the To-do item is
transferred to my phone, the reminder time is always set to 9am! It
seems to completely ignore the reminder time that was set for the task
in Outlook.

Does anyone know if this is a bug, or if I'm doing something wrong?

Using infrared.

Actually I downloaded the latest version of PC Suite and it worked ok -
I guess it was a bug in version 6.2.16?
