    Hi,

When I send an SMS is it sent securely??

How can I be assured of this?? (What protocols, cryptography is used?)

Would the answer be the same if £1,000 were at stake? How about £10,000?
    £100,000??

    Cheers,

    Ben

plug the speaker output into the PC line in, get some hip doodey decoding
software and have a look for yourself.
This radio even has a PAL out put, so you can plug it into a TV and see
photo video messages, or massive super size text messages.

SMS are not secure. Anyone with access to the carriers server could
    access such messages.

That's one reason there are SMS encryption apps for Series60 phones
    among others.

with the right software this "wireless" will do out!
It has a PC out port, so if you don't mind tying up a port, in she goes.
Also a TV out, PALL connector so you can watch CCTV and mobile phone text
and images on TV. Even picks up the TV down link from the Police helicopter.
BBC/ ITV outside broadcast microwave links You will need an Amateur radio
licence/call sign to buy the cellular unlocked version though, and they
don't waste money blocking them, if they don't work!
