recently i added a new item "Application" to personal shortcut, as soon
as i press ok ,the phone hangs, and there is only 'Go to' showing on
phone. I have to off and on the phone to reset it. After this each time
I press 'Go To', the phone will hang. Can someone provide help? (My
local Nokia tel support has no clue at all)
