Nokia 3200 Problems

Every time I go to connect to a call it goes straight to loudspeaker,
even though loudspeaker hasn't been chosen. I've looked through the
settings and can't see anything that will help. Have I changed a
setting without realising or is the phone knackered!!! Any advice
would be gratefully recieved.

This happened with my mums phone. I sorted it by getting someone to phone her and then you know the screen that comes up while talking? on it, it should display the option "headset" or something like that. Press it. If that don't work I cant help ya - sorry!
