Is it possible to sync the 6230 with a Palm (Tungsten T5) *without*
a computer? I am talking direct synchronisation...

    Thanks,

    6230: sync with Palm?

Theoretically yes: you can send vCards, vCalendars, images and tones
directly by infrared. It seems to be the only one 'direct synchronization'
available. In all other cases you will need PC for data transfer.

Yeah, I am beginning to believe so. Palm can send any number of
vCards in a single connection, but the 6230 can only receive one at
a time. Just another instance of how braindead those Nokia engineers
    are, I guess...
