ACP-12 and ACP-12U difference?

I've bought a cell-phone over eBay. I got the Nokia 3560. The manual says
it takes a an ACP-12 (travel charger) but an ACP-12U came in the eBay
package so I'm wondering if it's ok to charge it with the U flavor of the
charger. Also the manual says it takes an ACP-7 (standard charger) and I
have a ACP-7U. I've strugged through the Nokia site but have not been able
to find the difference between the U and non-U versions of the various
chargers. Any idea what the differences are?

Proper AC plug for the "U" S of A.

Curious why the manual (printed for the USA afaik) does not have the Us
appended to the various charger model numbers?
