Bluemate 630 Help Please!!

I have lost the manual for my Bluemate 630 bluetooth earpiece.

Can anyone tell me how I pair it with a Nokia 6630, or any phone for that
matter. I seem to remember you have to hold down the answer button for a few
seconds or something like that.
