I've just got myself one of these on contract and my expectations of the
mobile haven't really been realised. I would expect the phone, seeing as it
has loads of on board memory (compared to my old 6100!) , to be able to
store more than the 150 or so sms messages in its memory - which also seems
to be shared amongst all of the inbox/sent/saved folders. It's a right pain
to have to scroll through my inbox and delete 80 or so messages at a time
manually, as I personally tend to keep the more recent messages for a while
rather than using the "delete entire folder" option - what's happened to the
'overwrite oldest messages' option that was present on much older phones?
Once my memory gets full any new messages fail to get through and I'm
prompted to delete some, the fact that I'm on O2 also means my incoming
messages then get delayed by 20 minutes each time if my mobile's full as
they try to resend after that period.

Have I missed some setting somewhere or will I just have to live with this?
