New memory card - java games wont work anymore

I've bought a new memory card for my 6680 and transferred everything off the old card using a card reader on my pc. Everthing works fine apart from my java games no longer appear in the menu. I can see .jar files still in the e:\system\midlet folder but they just dont appear in the menu. What can I do?

Probably better off re-installing them.
