NOKIA 6310i

Hi
Can anyone help. I have an old 6310i mobile phone and full hands free car
kit installed. I really want to upgrade my phone but the car kit is causing
me concern. I would buy another NOKIA but I understand that the car kit
will not work and has to be completely changed, anyone help or advise?>
