[Nokia 6680] synchro Contacts with thunderbird

I'm trying desperately to synchronize my Nokia 6680 with thunderbird
contacts. But I didn't found any software for that.
I would also like to synchronize sunbird if possible.

Another thing I would like to do is to receive email (from pop server)
only from certain email. Any Idea (I have tried to forward email only
from certain people but it was not a good solution because sometimes I
didn't received email with attached files and these email disappeared).

I have tried that, but it doesn't work with nokia 6680 :

Synchronizing with Thunderbird would be good.

For email filtering you could use a Gmail account, route your other
account to there and get Thunderbird to collect from Gmail instead.
From Gmail you can set filters up to also forward select emails to your
mobile phone's email account.

Hello!

Although we don't support direct synchronization with Mozilla products, you
can export your Nokia 6680 to .CSV or Windows Address Book using Oxygen
Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones ( http://www.opm-2.com/symbian/ ) and
import these phonebook data to Mozilla.

Even free trial version does the job. You can download it here:

Unfortunately, our software doesn't provide e-mail filtering capablities,
but our software e-mail management functionality may come in handy. Using
our software you can store only selected messages on your PC and save only
