I have a 5160 that I'm told "must be SOC-locked..."
All the Google hits on unlocking this point me to a SIM-based phone.
This is an ex-Cingular TDMA phone; no SIM.
Are there any net-based unlockers for it? [It's not worth spending
any money on; I paid $3 for 2 CDMA's and this..]
