I have messages in my sms outbox that haven't been sent for many months. The
crux of the matter is that they are accidental messages being sent to a
contact without any phone details. I've tried changing there status, moving
them, everything but they refuse to leave the outbox and the mobile keeps
trying to send them.
Any ideas how I get rid of them?
Thanks in anticipation

you need "Seleq or FExplorer" to browse into your phone. go to
c:\system\mail. in there are a couple of folders
this may take a while, but search for the file that
first delete any txt meassages you dont want. If the file you dont want is
the only one left then it will be easier to find. take note of the date/time
the undeletable message was created. now explore the phones system using
seleq highlite message, check properties, delete if matches. 2 files to
find." message. & message_smil" as long as date and time match you'll be ok.
reboot phone straight after (maybe)

Hello!
You can try to delete this message using full version of Oxygen Phone
Manager II for Symbian OS phones ( http://www.opm-2.com/symbian/ ) as
follows:
1. Connect your phone to our program as per electronic instructions
2. Read your phone's messages information
3. Left-click once on unwanted message
4. Delete the message in our program
PS: our software also allows to type the message on your PC and send it via
Nokia 6600 connected by infrared or bluetooth.
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us (
http://www.opm-2.com/forum/ ).
