Nokia 6600: Changing 2 menu options on screen

Hi,
The two main menu options shown on my screen over the left and right button
are gallery and messaging. How do I change them to different ones?

rachael, goto settings > phone > standby mode > here u can change the
appications for left n right selection keys.
