charging 6620 BL-5C problem

I dropped my 6620 and it will no longer charge. I already went
through what is Nokia Repair Center hell with this phone once.
I won't send them another phone ever again. I'm trying to figure
out the cheapest way to charge this battery externally. Do they
make an external charger, or if not, what is the cheapest phone
they make that will accept this battery? I can charge it on that
phone and swap it back in. Thanks.
