6310i voice tags

I have two Nokia 6310i phones and until recently I hadn't made much use of
the voice dialling feature. I've just been adding voice tags to some
numbers and I'm having a strange problem in that one of the phones accepts
the full 10 numbers for voice dialling as the manual says, the other will
only accept 9.

Can anyone suggest why this is..? If it helps, the one that accepts the
full 10 tags has firmware v5.50 and the one that only takes 9 has 5.51.

Have you tried Restore Factory Settings Menu-4-9?
