6256i help with cover

I just receive my 6256i and it has a hair in the small screen between the
window and the cover. Any help with removing the cover please.

Go to mall. Find cell phone face plate booth. Ask them.

You need a rather specialized screw driver to remove the face plate on
that phone and they have it.
